Windows 10: I cannot sign into certain things due to microsoft Hello

I am not signed into this account on the PC but am trying to log into it so I can play a game. It keeps demanding a PIN but there is no PIN. One was never created. I can't follow the steps to turn if off because I am not signed into this mc account on the actual PC. I need to know how I can bypass this. There is NO PIN. I can tell you the password, get codes from login all day long but I can't get past this stupid PIN screen.

My hello sign in stopped working.

As per your query, I suggest you to change the Sign In option and check if it helps.

To change Sign In option, follow the below steps.

• 
  Type Setting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select Accounts.
  
• 
  Select Sign In option on the left panel.

I suggest you try to login using the onscreen keyboard and enter your credential carefully and check if that helps. Follow the below steps to use on screen keyboard.

1. Select the Ease of Access
   button in the lower-right corner of the sign-in screen.
   
2. Select On-Screen Keyboard.
