Windows 10: I cannot sign into Microsoft using any Microsoft apps on this PC.

Whenever I attempt to sign in, inputting the correct password or using a code from email I can log in on other devices, it gives me an error depending on the app being used, such as the Xbox app giving me the error code 0x80860010, and saying the application is making too many requests. Restarting does not fix this issue; it just shows a different error code. It should be noted that I can freely log into websites, such as this one, with the same account.I tried using a local account, but I am stuck using one as I cannot log in and instead receive the error "Something went wrong. We'd like to get more information regarding the issue.

1. Do you have child account?
   
2. Are you using Microsoft Store link to download the app?
   
3. Check if you are able to download the app in your Dad’s account?
   

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

1. Try to sign out and sign in back in to computer.
   
2. Try to sign in to Microsoft store app with your Microsoft account
   
3. Then try downloading the app from the Microsoft Store App.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
