I am having trouble running a new software from a trusted source. there is no option for choosing where to get apps....in light grey under the option advanced app settings listed in that folder is: choose where to get apps, archive apps, uninstall apps, but there is no choose where to get apps option when I go to advanced app settings. The option at the top is 'share across devices', next 'archive apps', next 'app execution aliases', then under related settings 'uninstall updates', and 'how to install a program' I just bought this laptop for a one w

My laptop´s camera stopped working after last update on 01/11/2024 (package)

    Hi,

    Microsoft Windows 10 Home 10.0.19045 / Toshiba SATELLITE S50-B

After the update package on January 11th, 2024 my camera stopped working. First, when I turned on it turned off by itself. Since January 19th, 2024, it doesn't work at all. I followed all the troubleshooting steps Microsoft suggested, none of which resolved the issue. There is no message of error.

    Thanks and best regards.
