Windows 10: I cannot type inside my microsoft app

Discus and support I cannot type inside my microsoft app in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I cannot login to my email, login to my OneDrive account, or type in any of my microsoft apps or the store and i have tried doing command prompt and...     I cannot type inside my microsoft app


    I cannot login to my email, login to my OneDrive account, or type in any of my microsoft apps or the store and i have tried doing command prompt and troubleshooting and i dont know what else to do. I can type inside word and chrome internet. I dont know what else to do.

    Hi Shreesh,

    I suggest you to Perform the below steps and install the Insider Hub.

    • Go to Settings, then System and then
      Apps & Features      .
    • Click on Manage Optional Features.
    • Click on Add a Feature.
    • Navigate the list, locate Insider Hub, and click
      install.

    Hi James,

    Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

    • Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
    • Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
    • Click Reset button and retest.

    Update us with the outcome so we can provide you further assistance.

    Microsoft Apps not installing

    Hi aniketbhattacharya,

    There's a possibility that there's an issue with your Microsoft Store. I suggest that
    you try to reset your store cache by following the steps below:


    • Press Windows key + R.

    • Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.

    • Check if it takes you to a store page which displays that the cache has been reset.

    • Now try to open the store app and check.
