Windows 10: I cannot unlink an old phone from Windows 10 2004

I have tried everything I can find or think of to unlink an old phone so I can link a new phone to Windows 10. I have unlinked the old phone from my actual account and I have unlinked the old phone many many times in settings. Whenever I open the "Your Phone" app it is constantly looking for the old phone. I have even removed the "Your Phone" App and reinstalled it several times. Thank you.

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

Can not Unlink my old phone from "Your Phone Companion"

Had a Galaxy S10 linked and it worked great.

I recently got the S20 and tried to link it up but it only sees the S10. I went to phone settings and unlinked but it always comes back up.

I follow all the steps to unlink it but nothing works...your phone companion only sees the S10.

I even removed it from my profile online but that did not change the issue.

I have no idea how to remove my old phone and add my new one...the directions do not work
