Windows 10: I cannot update, stuck on windows 11 preview canary channel build 25393. NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I cannot reset my computer or switch channels either. Please help me.

Update to 25393 25903

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

The rule of the Windows Preview Experience program is that you can switch channels directly from the lower version to the higher version.

Your computer is currently using version 25393 - this is the latest and highest version of canary Channel. This means that you can't downgrade directly by switching channels, and to go back to 22621 2066, you'll need to download the Windows 11 installation image back to the official version.

The following is the page to download the Windows 11 Preview plan installation image. Please log in with your Microsoft account and select Windows 11 Insider Preview (Release Preview Channel) -Build 22621 to download. Then use the image for a fresh installation.

* Since the lower version system cannot overwrite the higher version, only a fresh installation is available. If you have important files on your computer, back them up in advance.

Update to 25393 25903

My computer is using version 25300 the question was how do I go to 25905 of 25393 imin release preview channel and can’t move to another because the options are grayed out is 22621.2048 a lower build
