Windows 10: i cannot updated to windows 10 and i lost the original windows

In windows 10 has option to refresh windows by update all software, After i press to refresh windows then after 1 min running the pc sudden shutdown, after that come blue screen and i try to repair windows by all ways but still same issue, after that i format the pc & and reinstall new windows 10 by portable flash memory then still same. after that i installed windows 7 then the problem solved now work probably. but i cannot updated to windows 10 and i lost the original windows. Kindly advise

• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
