Windows 10: I cannot upgrade to Windows 10?

Discus and support I cannot upgrade to Windows 10? in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have windows 7 and want to upgrade to a 10 but whenever I try to do so I get an error message I have already tried to restart my laptop...     I cannot upgrade to Windows 10?


    I have windows 7 and want to upgrade to a 10 but whenever I try to do so I get an error message I have already tried to restart my laptop

    Cannot update to 1903

    In place upgrade repairs and Windows upgrades cannot be performed successfully while in safe mode.

    Instead perform upgrades while in clean boot.

    Once you have ran through the steps in the upgrade check list then perform an upgrade in clean boot using the Windows 10 iso.

    It may be successful after running through the check list.
    If not it should generate the better error code.
    Panther logs can be scanned to see if there are focused troubleshooting steps.

    Should I upgrade???

    Well don't post blank cards as soon as the others cannot understand you. Anyway, suggest if i need to upgrade to 5670 or not!

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
