Windows 10: I cannot upgrade to Windows 11 - Error 0x80070003 - 0x40008

When trying to update to Windows 11, I get the error code "Error code: 0x80070003 - 0x40008" . I've tried doing it through windows update and within the installation assistant as well with no luck. It wont let me post the screenshots for some reasonProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics 3.90 GHz Installed RAM: 16.0 GB 13.9 GB usable System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition: Windows 10 Home Version: 22H2 Installed on: ‎6/‎12/‎2021 OS build: 19045.2364 Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

I suggest you to follow the steps given in the link below and check if it helps you. Select Windows 8.1 from the Product list.

Reboot Windows.

Re-run Windows 11 setup. Post fresh setupact.log if the setup doesn't succeed.

(If that doesn't help, we may need to rebuild the EFI partition via WinRE.)

 

can't fix error 0x80070003

Hello,
I've upgraded 2 days ago and started receiving error code 0x80070003. I found instructions to fix the error. The first step is to run cmd as Admin, but it won't run as Admin - nothing happens. I can run with reduced privileges, but not as admin. I don't know if anything else is affected. Why is it not letting me run as Admin, and how can I fix it?
