Windows 10: I cannot use empjis

Discus and support I cannot use empjis in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; When I Press win+period I can see the emoji panel. But I cannot select emojis.     I cannot use empjis


    When I Press win+period I can see the emoji panel. But I cannot select emojis. A few hours back I've disabled some processes. Am I facing this issue because of that?
