Windows 10: I cannot use my PC laptop. Cursor won’t stop clicking things.

This problem has been going on for well over a year now. It was my dad’s before mine and when I first got it, it worked perfectly fine. But then it would start clicking on random things when I was doing something else on the laptop or wouldn’t allow me to use it because the cursor would keep clicking off the thing I’m doing. Just today, though, the cursor has a continuous hold on the top of my screen and I literally cannot do anything. Can’t go to settings, can’t power it off…nothing. I have no idea what to do or how this happened. The cursor works completely fine when the laptop is locked but

Cursor clicks on things randomly all by itself

Experiencing erratic movements of the cursor could be related to a hardware or driver issue, a third party software, or could be caused by a corrupted program. To help us determine what may have caused this, I would like to ask the following information:

• Were there any updates installed or changes made on your laptop prior to the issue?
• If yes, what were those updates or changes?
• Are you using an external mouse or just the touchpad?

While waiting for your response, please try the following steps:

Update Touchpad driver

1. Right-click the Windows key and select Device Manager.
2. Expand the Mice and other point devices category, right-click the touchpad, and click
   Update Driver.
3. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Adjust Touchpad sensitivity

1. Navigate to Settings > Devices > Touchpad.
2. Adjust the Touchpad sensitivity to Low sensitivity.

Forza Horizon 4 Download won`t stop

Hi I have the same problem like a lot of people too: my forza download just won`t stop its size is 62GB and i allready downloaded 140GB.

I cant even find an option to restart the download or something. How do I fix this?

I tried things like troubleshooter, wsreset, sign out sign in and a lot more, nothing helped.

 

Volume Mute Light won´t change color

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.
