Windows 10: I cannot use my second nVidia graphics card anymore

i have an all in one pc which came with two graphics cards, a Intel R HD Graphics 5500, and a GeForce 820A. The GeForce 820A usually automatically assigns itself to games because it is more powerful and can run them better than the Intel R HD Graphics 5500.While I was on call with my friends and playing a game with them, my game unexpectedly crashes. I try rebooting it but everytime I opened the game, the screen was just white. I decided to restart my PC to see if that would resolve the issue, which it kind of did. I request you to try the following steps:

Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
Drivers

  Right click on the Start menu.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Graphics Card
  from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers
  from the computer.

  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
  

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

Step 2: Go to the Computer or Graphics Card
manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.

Changing Brightness with Nvidia Graphic Card

Hello Everybody,

While I am using Nvidia Graphic Card, for example playing a game, the brightness decreasing and increasing frequently. When I unplug the the power cable and then plug in again, the problem is temporarily fixed. How can I fix the problem?

My computer is MSI GE70-2QE Apache Pro and the followings are the specs of my computer:

• Intel Core i7 4720HQ CPU
• Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Nvidia GTX 960M Graphic Card
