Windows 10: I cannot view my bitlocker keys

When I try to view my bit locker keys on https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey?refd=account.microsoft.com I see this:TraceID: yOIsD2uww0KLE4vt.22.68Please help. I cannot start my laptop. It is asking for bit locker key after update.

View Bitlocker Keys stuck in loading cycle; can't view the key

My external hard drive randomly prompted for a Bitlocker key so I followed the steps ending up at

My Account . There, under the device list, are the [Disable Lost Device] and [View Bitlocker Keys] buttons. However, when I click on [View Bitlocker Keys] button it opens up a side panel within the browser which a loading circle that just spins and spins.

I badly need to recover the data that is on the hard drive, but having never set up a bitlocker key, I've never had a chance to view or write it down. I never asked for a bitlocker password and now it's been put on the device while microsoft won't permit me to view the damn key through their system. Literally locked my device with an unbreakable password and then won't tell me what it is.... this is insane!

View Bitlocker Keys stuck in loading cycle; can't view the key

My apologize for jumping into discussion - I have exactly the same problem as Kimi LeGaye with finding my BitLocker key from My Account site, with endless "loading..." loop. I use work email account, never set up a bitlocker key, never had a chance to view or write it down... The same symptom has been mentioned on several forums on web in last several days.

Apparently something is badly wrong with Microsoft web service for discovering BitLocker keys...
