Windows 10: I can't access anymore to my win account and to my Notebook.

I can't access anymore to my win account and to my Notebook.1. The account was set with an email that had been delete for some reason.2. Actually the windows system had changed the PIN for some security updated.To configure the the new PIN the system send the code in the email of the account, the one that had been deleted.Now I can't get access of my notebook.There's a way to reconfigure the email of the account ?How can I do ????Tx in advance for any suggestion.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.
