Windows 10: I can't access AppStore on iTunes Desktop (Windows 10)

Hello,
I need to create a new Apple ID without a payment method therefore I need to find a free app on my iTunes desktop, but when I open my iTunes software, I get stuck on iTunes Store and the options are: Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Audiobooks and I can't change iTunes Store to App Store.
Please help.

I suggest you to try uninstall iTunes from the Programs and Features.

Follow the below steps to uninstall iTunes:

Step 2:

I suggest you to install iTunes in compatibility mode and check.

Follow the below steps:

1. Right-click on the setup file of the iTunes and select Properties.

3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

4. Let the iTunes install and then check the functionality.

i face a problem with my appstore for windows 10 which is the app itunes i cant intall it and it say that i owned it and i cant run it on my pc , hope to fix this problem as fast as you can
