Windows 10: I can't access exclusion files

So I decided to download a horror game off itch.io called "The Floor Is Breathing" since it looked fun. I tried running the game, but my computer told me it was a threat and refused to run it, even when I hit run anyways. I tried deleting it but I found error 0x800700e1. I looked up a tutorial online and followed it the best I could. I'm now stuck since I can't access exclusion files because I'm on my personal account, not the admin one. I can access them on the admin account, but the file won't appear. I have Windows 10 Pro.

Unable to Remove Exclusions from Windows Defender

the exclusion list. It seems that it was added automatically. We suggest that you follow these steps:

• Go to Settings and select Update & security.
• Click Windows Defender.
• Look for Exclusions and select Add an exclusion.
• Navigate to the file, folder, or process, and select Exclude this file.

If the steps provided did not work, we recommend that you boot your device to
Safe Mode and redo the process.

Unable to add exclusion in Windows Security

Windows Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.836)

Controlled Folder Access is off.

Following your suggestion, Windows Security allowed me to add the folder as an exclusion, and I was then able to also add the file in question as an exclusion.

However, despite the file being listed under "Exclusions" it is still being deleted every time I copy it to the program's directory without any warnings or messages.

 

Lumia 950 carrier exclusivity with AT&T

I have heard the 950 may be exclusive to AT&T. If this is true, Microsoft has not learned it's lesson from the past. I am hoping this is not the case as this has proved ineffective in the past. I am also personally annoyed if this is the case as I am
tired of exclusivity with carriers limiting accessibility as I do not use AT&T and have no plan to with their costs. Microsoft, please smarten up an make this open to other carriers.
