MSN email does not load. It does on iPad. Suggestions?

 

MSN email setup WM6.5 fails

Hi,
I upgraded to WM v6.5 on a AT&T Fuze. It's running fine but I'm having a problem with email setup. Searched but couldn't come up with anything.

I have google setup with activesync so it gets my email, calendar and contacts; works fine. I added my Verizon email and it worked fine. I try to add my MSN account (messaging, setup e-mail) and follow through the screens. I get to it successfully finding
the msn email settings. I click Next and I'm brought back to the Messaging page. It doesn't ask me for my display and account names. I'm not getting any msn email.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

Msn email

MSN is an email service provider, but it is not an email program. In other words, you must be using a program to access it. Maybe you are using the "Windows Mail" program to access your MSN email, or maybe you are visiting the MSN website using a web browser like Chrome or Edge or Firefox.

So, what program do you use to reach your MSN email? If you are unsure, just examine what the name of the icon you click on when you want to view your email, and tell me what that icon's name is. If it doesn't have a name, you can point to it for a few seconds and it will tell you what the name is in a tooltip.
