Windows 10: I can't access my account info for bitlocker id! My account info can't be access!

Discus and support I can't access my account info for bitlocker id! My account info can't be access! in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Today, I'm just turn on my laptop as usual. Suddenly, the bitlocker pop up.     I can't access my account info for bitlocker id! My account info can't be access!


    Today, I'm just turn on my laptop as usual. Suddenly, the bitlocker pop up. Then, I'm just try to sign in my outlook account to get my bitlocker id. But the thing is, it's say I have to sign in with code that send to my old phone number which is currently disabled WhatsApp still working, even though I type my password correctly . Then I'm just follow the instruction use my alternative email to unlock my account info, then it's say I have to wait for 30 days to get my account info?????? But I'm still on school, what should I do.
