Windows 10: I cant access my login and now I'm unable to add another user to my computer through the...

The only account I had on my laptop was attached to an email I can no longer get access to, now I have no way of getting into my laptop and nothing I've tried to look up is helpful.

Local user disappeared frin login options after upgrade

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I was unable to fix the issue. Here are my steps:

• I've uninstalled the last 3 updates (the ones from september):
  
  • however, they keep getting reinstalled:
    

• I've added two new users: one from the GUI, the other as you suggested in step 2:
  
  • They are listed under users;
    
• I've also booted in safe mode just to check.
  

I still have no way to login other than with the main account. No local users are available at login or when I go to start menu and click on my user.

Please advise

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
