I can't access my microsoft account on my pc. I get an error message saying username or password are incorrect. I am able to logon to my account online. HELP

applications from the Store?

Since you mentioned that you made a change on your Microsoft account's username, we suggest that you try restarting the device to refresh and then check the username.

Are you trying to convert the local account to Microsoft Account?



I would suggest you to test the issue by creating a new Microsoft Account and check if it works. To create a new user account, refer to these steps:

• In start menu search type “user” without quotes.
• Click on Add, edit, or remove other users from the list of results.
• Under Other users, click on Add someone else to this PC.
• Follow on screen instructions.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
