Windows 10: I can't access my Minecraft account anymore

I've been trying to log in to my Minecraft account for a couple of days, but at first it told me that the email didn't exist among the game's emails, so I created another account with the same email, and I managed to access the account, but I had noticed something strange, it required me to enter a game name, despite having already put it years ago, It's like my account was reset and my Minecraft purchase was gone, I've tried everything,In case I also have the receipt sent to me in my account of my purchase made in 2021, I hope someone can help me
