Windows 10: I cant access my pc and stuck on a “Your PC did not start correctly”

I watched a tutorial once and i think i got rid of my software.001 file and when i try to use command prompt it says something like “file is currently being used in another process” i think i don't know if i should take it to someone to examine the issue or if someone on here can help? ps. i cant access my login because when i always turn on my pc it sends me straight to the blue screen

I wasn't giving steps on how to get RDP working, that is covered plenty of other places, I just give the steps to make it secure.

RDP. If they aren't tracking your Web browsing, I doubt they are going to track RDP.

And if you start the session from the command prompt it doesn't even put the address in the MRU list.

Though the question that needs to be asked now is, what are you using for your VM lab?

Thank you for your reply, appreciate the time taken by you in keeping us updated on the status of the issue.

I would suggest you to use some other USB drive and check if you can reset your PC using this.

If this doesn't work, I suggest you to create an ISO and media creation tool on CD/DVD and follow the above steps to repair your system and check if this helps.
