Windows 10: I can’t access my start button or Wi-Fi & sound

HiI’m struggling to solve this issue I’ve had for a while. I think in amongst me trying to clear up space on my harddrive I may have deleted or even moved a file that has lead to this problem. I’m on windows 10.My start button no longer responds at all. It clicks and reacts to the clicks, but doesn’t open. The search bar on it has the same problem. The same issue goes for my Wi-Fi and sound on the taskbar too. I can access the quick menu kind of bit with the usb, nvidea etc, but that’s about it. I can’t add or take away any programs on my taskbar either, however they do work if I click on them

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

• Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
• Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.

Wi-Fi access

Hello. There are 3 computers, 3 Wi-Fi receivers and 1 Wi-Fi router. All 3 computers access the Internet from the router. Needed to have shared access to files and folders, that is, so that you can copy information from computer to computer without transferring it to the flash drive. How can I do it?
