Windows 10: I can’t access the recovery key webpage

So I recently got locked out of my laptop, no big deal I already knew about the bitlocker thing and how to access it. So I log into my Microsoft account, got to my devices, find my laptop and try to access my recovery key and this is where the issue starts. It keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I thought it was weird so I refreshed the page multiple times, still same error message. Tried to log in on my phone, same message. Tried different browsers on my computer and phone, same message. Tried using cellular data, same message. I don’t know what’s wrong. Is this happening to anyone else? Or

Let's try to isolate the cause of this issue, we suggest that you use a new
InPrivate window and try to go to a webpage with a video again. Follow the steps below:

• Open Edge.
• Click on the three dots icon on the upper right part of the screen.
• Click New InPrivate window.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you disable hardware acceleration and use software rendering instead of hardware rendering to view the webpage.
Here are the steps on how to use software rendering:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Internet Options, and click on
  Internet Options from the results.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Under Accelerated graphics, check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.

I suggest you to download and install the latest software for ‘One Key Recovery’ from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists, uninstall the software and install it in compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the driver and click on properties.
• Under Compatibility tab, check the option for Run in Compatibility mode.
• Select Windows 8 from the drop down list.
• Click on Apply and then OK.
• Install the driver software.
