    I can't access to my microsoft account to turn off recurring bill


    To whom it may concern, I created an account on the 4/04/2024, with the email address: mechlerelea@..., and my phone number ending by 2097. I received the codes on my phone number. Everything was working fine. I paid and confirmed payment with my banking statement. However, the microsoft service wasn't working, telling me that my email adress does not exist, that I don't have an account. And at the same time, I received emails saying that I will be billed for the service, and I need to turn off the subscription if I don't want it. However, I can't access it, I cannot find anything to stop the
