Windows 10: i can't access to SECURE MODE WITH NET and i can't neither acceso to MSCONFIG to disable...

i did activate the SECURE MODE WITH NET using MSCONFIG as administrator in my personal computer but when the PC started, the NET was not able so i couldnt get acces with my account and i had to access using other user not adminisotrator but i CANT get access to MSCONFIG to disable the secure mode.

How to disable AT&T AppCenter completely?

Remove any AT&T apps by holding your finger down on them in the app list (from the Start screen, swipe left to access the app list) and choosing uninstall from the menu that appears. You can always download them again later from the AT&T category in the
Marketplace.

You cannot hide the AT&T category of apps in the Marketplaces. However, none of AT&T's apps will show outside of that category, so you don't have to worry about accidentally buying one there.

The other thing you can do is solely use the Zune PC software to buy apps. Carrier and manufacturer specific Marketplaces do not show up in Zune, so you have a 0% chance of buying an AT&T app there.

 

Volume Mute Light won´t change color

For my model only up to win7 is listed and HP says that it does not provide win 10 upgrades for a laptop my age. Don´t know how to open or use msconfig-my computer skills are very selective and all in all very poor.
