Windows 10: I cant activate my 3rd monitor

I have same issue that I can't use my 3rd monitor. It's only grayed. Please help. I have tried extending it but the other monitor will shut down.I badly needed help because I am working from home.Thank you!

Updated windows now my 3rd monitor won't work!

I would suggest re-checking the cables and re-plugging them in to different monitors. Also check your nvdia settings as you may not have the 3rd monitor on active.

 

3rd monitor doesn't connect

To better understand your query, kindly reply to the following questions.

1. Did you try setting up the cables again?

2. Did you try giving the recommended resolution and check if the monitor is detected?

I would suggest you to make sure that the monitors are connected to the correct video port.

However, you can go to the device manager and disable the monitor which is not working.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device Manager.
• Expand the Monitors.
• Right-click on the monitor and select Disable.
• After sometime, try re-enabling it and check if the device gets detected.

Windows 10 - issue with 3rd monitor

I can not get the 3rd monitor setup. The first 2 monitors that I connect seem to work, but when I connect the 3rd, only the first 2 seem active. It's not a monitor issue, or a video card issue, because it doesn't matter which port or monitor I connect...
the result is always the same... only the first 2 work.

Someone please help! I need all 3 to be active for work.
