Windows 10: I can't activate windows 10 after reseting windows.

Hello everyone, So a few days go I got a blue screen BSOD of windows 10 that I couldn't solve just by restarting the pc , so I had to reset windows with the option to keep my personal files. The first day after reseting windows everything was fine and my windows was activated like normal. But the second day i turn my pc the "Activate Windows" watermark pops up. So now i go to the settings and run the troubleshooter and i get an error saying "Something intorrupted our troubleshooter, Make sure your connected to the Internet, wait a few minutes, and try again. 0x8007000d" So yeah then thats not an option so then i did some research and some post said to type "wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey" in cmd and that will get your license key from the BIOS or something like that, And it did give me my key then i confirmed it was the right key by emailing the manufacturer and they also told me that was my windows key from my pc serial number. So then I tried putting that key and then it also didn't work, by the way the error code i got is 0xc00f012. So now idk what to do if u guys have any suggestions on what might solve this I would really appreciate because i been trying to solve this almost a week now.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Activation (Insider)

How long did you wait for activation?
When I re-installed with a fresh install... it took a few hours to sync and activate.
However, it did, finally, activate.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
