Windows 10: I can't activate Windows 10 Home even tho I have a copy of it associated to my account...

Long story short, I have changed my system hardware and after a fresh install of windows 10 home, I logged into my outlook account outlook which owns the copy of the OS, purchased in 2020, but the windows did not activated after I logged into it. I don't have a product key I never got one by email, only confirmation of purchased and stuff like that. Could somebody please help me? I want to activate my Windows as soon as possible and this is quite frustrating given It was fairly easy to do it before.

Windows 10 Activation (Insider)

All the preview keys were blacklisted, that's why you need to sign into ur MS account, only those who had insider accounts before build 3140 will be activated.

Otherwise anyone could do it.

 

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

 

Windows 10 Activation (Insider)

Yeah they blacklisted the insider keys at RTM, so u need to activate it again. They're using KMS server activation, so there's only handful of keys.

If you don't have any luck I can show another quicker method...lol
