Windows 10: I cant activate windows 11 pro

I have loaded Windows 11 on my new device, and activated it when loading the operating system. This is the first time I have used this key and it has only been used on this device. When I went to check the settings it said that my Windows 11 system is not active and I need to activate it. I thought it was strange, because I already entered the license key during the installation of the operating system. When I tried to enter it again, it just wrote that there was an error in the system. Can you please activate my windows? thank you and best regards

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.
