Windows 10: I can't add a student account to my laptop.

I am trying to set up a student account on my laptop and I keep getting blocked with this error message. I don't know what to check or uncheck to get this to work. I am using Windows 11 Home

To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Student account

your account was not set up on this device because device management could not be enabled. The school is blaiming mivrosoft Microsoft says the school im left still unable to set up my student account to my laptop

My friend suggested me go for this Hp 15.6" Pavilion , the price looks great. What do you think about it ? Is it suitable for our students? Is it good ?
