Windows 10: I can't add my MS accaunt to it. It says "Please enter your current Windows password one...

I have HP Elitebook. I bought it recently. I can't add my MS account to it. It says "The next time you sign in to this computer, enter your Microsoft account password, or use Windows Hello if you've set it up. Please enter your current Windows password one last time." What password should I input?

Cant remove accaunt!

I just got a computer from my friend... it has windows 10 on it, and i tried to delete it but i dont have internet so i cant manage the accaunt. I asked my friend for the password so i can go for a local accaunt, but he said he forgot the password... I
know i can reset the computer but i has so many applications that i dont want to remove and i cant transffer the files. Soo i realy want to remove the accaunt and go on a local accaunt... If somebody had a solution much would be appreciated! Cheers!

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: On-Screen Keyboard

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

If the issue persists,

Step 2:

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.

current Windows password

I try to log onto my Microsoft account on my laptop, but I get to a step asking for my current windows password and when I enter my password again it says it is incorrect. So I just skip it but then it says oops try again later, this pattern has happened
for the past week and a half.
