Windows 10: I can't adjust sound balance for my bluetooth headphones

I have a minor hearing issue, and my hearing is a bit worse on one ear than on the other one, so I always have to adjust sound balance to be comfortable. The problem with balance actually occured around 1.5 years ago and nothing I found on the internet helped, so I gave up and switched to my other headphones. Now that I have no such opportunity the problem is present again.

I have windows 10.0.19041, no updates available. My headphones are Philips SHB3075 and I'm fairly sure they're not the problem since a I used to be able to adjust the sound balance before updating my windows that one time 1.5 years ago and b my phone still allows me to change sound balance.

What are the steps I should take to fix the issue and is it possible at all?

Sound Balance not working with bluetooth headphones on Windows 10

Hey guys, so my sound balance on windows 10 is not working. I'm using old Bluetooth headphones and one side is slightly quieter. I normally adjust the sound balance to make it louder on one side and quieter on the other. Today for some reason however this is not working. Anytime I adjust sound both sides adjust remaining even. The symbols for Left (L) and Right (R) have also been replaced by 1 and 2. I've tried reinstalling/reconnecting the headphones but nothing works. If anyone could share a fix I'd greatly appreciate it.

 

Bluetooth headphones Left/Right Level Balance in Windows10..

i want to adjust my bluetooth headphones level balance slider move individually but when i slide one slider other automatically move with first one (image attached).
so is this possible to move slider individually..actually i want that sound comes only from right side and left side must be mute.

How to adjust left-right balance for headphones connected to pc with bluetooth

I have a pair of Bose qc35II headphones and I can connect them to my Windows 10 box via bluetooth.

When connected via bluetooth, if I try to correct the left-right balance by pressing the "Balance" button on the Levels tab of the Headphones Properties

the two sliders are locked together and moving one moves the other.

This problem does not happen when I connect the headphones to my PC with a wire.

It also does not happen when I connect the headphones to my cellphone via bluetooth.

Any suggestion about how I can adjust the right and left volumes when connected via bluetooth to my Windows 10 computer?
