Windows 10: I Can't Boot Into Windows 11

So i had windows 11 on my old pc on a ssd and gave that computer away but took my ssd and put it in my new system which had windows 10 preinstalled so i connect the ssd and it shows up fine in file manager and i can read and write from it but i cant boot to windows 11 i even turned on the display boot menu option but i still don't see windows 11 show up

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
