Windows 10: I can't cancel my Minecraft Realm plus subscription

This is honestly aggravating, I payed for ONE realm. When my sister went to renew it today it took her to a different page to create a new realm, she payed for it thinking it was to renew our already exiting one. Nope! Not only did it pay for two realms but now its not letting me cancel the subscription! Anytime I hit cancel in Realms Plus, it takes me to my Microsoft account Subscriptions, and no subscription shows up for me to cancel!!! Even though I have transaction history of buying them!! I even went to my Xbox account hoping I could cancel it there, Still Nope! For the love of god can s

We understand that you want to renew the subscription for Minecraft Realms Plus.



Minecraft realms comes with two types of subscription. Depending on the device you’re playing on, you can choose either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription.



With a one-time purchase, you can create a one-month or a six-month Realm. These one-time purchases are non-refundable and will not renew automatically once they expire. With a recurring subscription, you’ll be charged automatically
every 30 days, until you cancel the subscription.
