Windows 10: I Can't Cancel My Subscription

Hello. I purchased Complete Anatomy app on Microsoft store on 16th February 2020. I purchased 1 year subscription. And I don't want to renew my subscription. So I went to Services & Subscription section. I clicked on manage. Then I clicked cancel my subscription and it fails. It says "Try again later. This problem caused by us and we can't show you datas. Waiting may help." Sorry I translated it from Turkish so it may be different from the original English version. Anyway I tried it for 3-4 days. But waiting didn't help.

Cancelling a past due subscription.

So I bought the free trial to Realms Plus for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, and once it was over, cancelled the subscription. Except, the subscription didnt cancel, and as I didn't have the necessary funds in my payment method, it is now listed as a "past-due
subscription". I cannot cancel it, and the only option I have is to pay the subscription, which I can't do. Is there any way for me to cancel this???
