Windows 10: I can't cancel the request to change security info on another account, because it's not...

Hi,Can you cancel the the request to change security info on my mom's account, because it's not possible to log in. She wanted to change her phone number, because she got a new number and the previous doesn't work anymore, but her inbox is full, so when she receives verification notification in the app, it doesn't respond, it says it's not possible to send it. So I added my email address as an alternative email, but she later on found her recovery code, so we would like to enter that, but we can't cancel the request can you help us? She can't excess her e-mail for 30 days and she really needs

You received this message because ALL the security info (such as alternate contact methods) that you previously added to your account was removed and replaced with new info and you need to wait 30-days for the changes to take effect. You can't expedite the 30-day process unless you cancel the request.

Visit “Your security info change is still pending” or “You can’t access this site right now” Microsoft account message for more details.
