Windows 10: I can't change my birth date trough microsoft family.

I can't change my birth date trough microsoft family. In a support chat with Microsoft to change my birth date they said I needed to put the account wich I want to change the date of as a member in a microsoft family with a adult account so that I could change the date that way. Now when I click on manage consent it gives a sort of error message that goes like this:"Manage permissionsIn the United States, South Korea, Brazil, and the EU, children require consent before they can create an online account. You can use this page to manage your children's accounts for which you have given permissio

To change the date of birth on your Microsoft Account, you can follow the steps below:

• Sign in to
  Your info on the Microsoft account website.
• Click Edit your personal info.
• Select the correct date of birth, and then select Save.

If the birth date on a Microsoft account says that it belongs to a child, there are different steps to take in regions that regulate what children can do online. You can check this

Microsoft family - change Childs date of birth

Hi all

how can I change the date of birth of a child in my microsoft family account. I'm stuck in a loop of selecting "manage my child's profile information" then to the "manage permissions" page - which tells me that in some places only adult members of the 'family'
can alter information.

Below this is a link to 'view your family settings' which takes me back to the microsoft family 'homepage' for our family

Cannot update date of birth on my family sharing account.

I have a Gmail account that is used as an organiser to a Microsoft family account. For some reason, this account is set as a minor and I need to change the date of birth on this account which I am not able to. This Gmail account is linked to my skype account. My details on my skype account are correct and shows as an organizer with my Gmail as a member. I am not able to change the date of birth on my Gmail account and neither am I able to remove this account from my skype family account. I have already contacted chat support and done all the basic steps to update date of birth with no luck. Please help to update my date of birth in this case. Thanks
