Windows 10: I can't Change my birth year cuz i dont know who's the parents of this account

I have a problem with my account settings, I'm originally 20 years old, but for some reason on my Microsoft profile, my birth year became 2016 and it blocked almost all my activities due to Microsoft Family Safety. and somehow I didn't know I could be tied to this feature. I have looked for a way to change my birth year information but it is disabled due to insufficient age. There I saw that the parent of my account was my own name but I felt like I had never used this feature before and what was strange was that the parent was the same account as this account, you could say it was 1 accounts
