Windows 10: I can't change my installation path.

I'm on Win11, I have an internal SSD with 1TB full and an external HDD with 4TB half full. I'm trying to download a game through the Xbox app, but i don't have enough space on my SSD, so I wanted to install it on my HDD. It told me that it's not set up for installing games, and told me to change it through my settings, but after I tried, it gave me 0x80070003, which is a driver issue. What driver is the issue, and how do I fix it so I can install games?

what exactly do you need to decipher about that path line? also, what are you installing? perhaps i can help.

Yeah, I think you're right. I think the purpose of the echo command was to check if ~/bin was in the $PATH file. My problem is that I can't decipher the output and I don't know how to add ~/bin to the $PATH file.

Just for clarification, the snippet of instructions I gave is just a few steps in the installation process. Nothing is actually supposed to be installed with those steps.

Important: Microsoft Doesn't recommend changing the Installation path.

Registry Disclaimer: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify
it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. This would be on your own risk.
