Windows 10: I can't change my main storage

Discus and support I can't change my main storage in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I want to change my main storage from C: to D: i did go to settings and changed everything there but all new files are still getting downloaded on C:...     I want to change my main storage from C: to D: i did go to settings and changed everything there but all new files are still getting downloaded on C:
