    I can't change my PIN, it says This option is currently unavailable, what should i do?


    so i set up a password when i first bought my laptop and i want to change it now, but it wont let me!

    No Password option and PIN (this option is currently unavailable) on Windows 11

    I just bought a new laptop recently, and at first set up they gave me only pin as an option. When I want to change my pin to password, there is no option, only face recognition, fingerprint, PIN, and physical key. Three of them saying this option is currently unavailable. What should I do regarding 1) no password option and 2) PIN (this option is currently unavailable)?

    I can't change my PIN, it says This option is currently unavailable, what should i do?

    I need to change the sign in PIN (Windows Hello); however, "This option is currently unavailable".

    I need to change the sign in PIN (Windows Hello) on my laptop. However, in Settings; Sign-in options; PIN (Windows Hello); the option is grayed out and says, "This option is currently unavailable". Can this be fixed?
