Windows 10: I cant change my pin there is a message saying this option is currently unavailable and...

when I try to change my pin in windows 11 hello there is a this option is currently unavailable.under that in blue it says sorry - this pin isn't working for your organisations resources,this is my personal PC there account isn't even on this PC.when i click here to correct it it opens my work email account that isn't on this PC.Why is this? how has using my pc to read my work emails allowed my works email to take control of my personal PC.this is conflict of my personal computer.this needs to be corrected with urgency

No Password option and PIN (this option is currently unavailable) on Windows 11

I just bought a new laptop recently, and at first set up they gave me only pin as an option. When I want to change my pin to password, there is no option, only face recognition, fingerprint, PIN, and physical key. Three of them saying this option is currently unavailable. What should I do regarding 1) no password option and 2) PIN (this option is currently unavailable)?

"The pin option is currently unavailable"

I sign into my computer using the pin and go into settings to try and change the pin it won't let me. It says "This option is currently unavailable" under Pin Windows Hello and when I click that I get a message saying Related Links "Sorry, this PIN isn't working for your organization's resources. Tap or click here to fix it." I don't know what they are talking about it is a personal computer and personal Windows account. When I click the link, it brings up my school email address. When I try to change it to my personal email account, which is the one linked with my Windows account and the one I log in with it says "You can't sign in here with a personal account." It is my personal computer for personal use which I never signed into using my college 365 account and yet it won't let me change the Pin because personal accounts are not allowed?
