Windows 10: I can't change my PIN.

I have 2 microsoft accounts. One with minecraft, one without this account has it. When I try to play minecraft, I am signed into my microsoft account without minecraft. But when I try to sign into my microsoft account with minecraft, it tells me I need to enter my password. So I do. But then it says I need to enter my PIN. I don't know my PIN for the account with minecraft. So I select "I don't remember". It tells me I can reset my PIN on my windows PC. Great! I go to sign into my account with minecraft on my PC, but I need my PIN to sign into it. I need my PIN to sign into my account to cha

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.

Follow these steps to set up a PIN on your Windows User Account:

• 
  Press the Windows +S key combination to display the Search box.
  
• 
  Type the word pin into the Search box, then click
  Set up PIN sign-in.
  
• 
  Find the “PIN” section and click the Add button.
  
• 
  Type in the password for your User Account, then click the
  Ok button.
  
• 
  Select and enter a 4 digit numeric pin, then enter it again for confirmation.
  
• 
  Exit the PIN setup utility.
  

From now on you’ll be able to log in to your Windows account by entering your 4 digit PIN instead of your password.



You can change your PIN at any time by following the steps below:

• 
  Press the Windows +S key combination to display the Search box.
  
• 
  Type the word pin into the Search box, then click Set up PIN sign-in.
  
• 
  Find the “PIN” section and click the Change button.
  
• 
  Enter your Windows password, then click the

I suggest you to follow the steps below to reset the password and check if it helps.

You can reset your PIN by going to Settings >Accounts >
Sign-in options and clicking on “I forgot my PIN”.

Note: that the PINs for all users on the device must be reset this way for any PIN.
