Windows 10: I can't change my profile picture in windows 10

I can't change my profile picture in windows 10 i see this error for YEARS, since 2018 i try everything and i can't change, i see various posts like this in the community and nothingI try the sfc /scannow in cmd, dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, chdsk and no errors are foundI try the fresh start using the MediaToolCreation and nothingthe funny thing that, the image I select to change the profile picture, changes in the microsoft account but not in the windows profilesry for english errors, the english is not my primary language

Profile picture

I tried again what was suggested about searching for my profile pictures, and I cannot find them. It won`t even allow me to change it to one of my other 2 previous ones. Also, I can`t change my lock screen picture. Maybe I need an idiot-guide! lol.
