Windows 10: I cant change my timezone

Discus and support I cant change my timezone in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I don't see the time zone picker thing.     I don't see the time zone picker thing. I turned off "Set Time Zone Automatically" I think its because i haven't activated my windows yet. Can anyone help me? Somehow i can't insert an image
