Windows 10: i cant change the profile picture

the profile pictures are different. i want the white one, and have already changed it on the website, but it wont update on the lock screen

• Log in your account at
  https://profile.live.com.
• On the left hand side, click Change picture.
• Click New picture then choose the picture from your computer.
• Wait for it to load then click Save.

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to change your profile picture on sign-in screen in Windows 10:

• Press the Windows key, then click your account at the top of
  Start menu.
• Click Change account settings.
• Under your account name, you will see a circle then click the Browse button to choose a photo you want to set as profile picture.
