Windows 10: I can’t change the settings on my nexigo N990 webcam. I get a net, framework error. Says...

I do live webcam for work and cannot get my good webcam working again. It does show up and turn in, but the picture adjustments are totally messed up. It’s super grainy, almost black and white with bright blue parts. Anyway, I tried to download from the nexigo camera website and it has an error about net. Framework and something about the number can’t be zero. I’m about to get evicted because I can’t work. Can anyone help me??

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

First run Windows updates...after there are no more important installs then try .net framework.*Toast :toast:

Reinstalling Windows (repair installation) should fix these .NET Framework issues.
