Windows 10: I can't connect 2 ds4 controller at the same time, one works great but the 2nd one turns...

same as the title, although I remember trying to fix it back on windows 10, and it worked but for some reason I can't find any solution on win11

Bluetooth connection with DS4 controller

I plugged a blue tooth dongle into the computer and the drivers installed correctly but when I go to connect my DS4 controller it "connects" then after short period of time flashes as "human interface device" then dissapears and my controller turns off.

To connect a DS4 controller to your PC via Bluetooth, you'll need to follow these steps:

1. Turn on pairing mode on your DS4 controller: Press and hold the PlayStation button and Share button simultaneously until the light bar flashes.
   
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your PC: Open the settings menu on your PC and click on Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, then turn on Bluetooth.
   
3. Connect DS4 controller to your PC: In the same Bluetooth & other devices menu, click on Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. Your PC will start searching for available Bluetooth devices.
   
4. Pair the DS4 controller with your PC: When you see "Wireless Controller" appear in the list of available devices, click on it to pair it with your PC.
   
5. Test the connection: Once the controller is paired with your PC, you can test the connection by opening a game that supports controller input. If the controller is working properly, you should be able to use it to play the game.
   

Note that some older PCs may not have built-in Bluetooth capability, in which case you will need a USB Bluetooth adapter to connect the DS4 controller to your computer.

Bluetooth not connecting to DS4 controller

I have a QUALCOMM QCA9377chipset
which is installed on a Dell Inspiron 3593 with windows 10.

I am trying to connect a sony DS4 controller to it via Bluetooth. All other Bluetooth seems to work fine but it cannot connect to the controller. The controller works on other PC’s and phones. I have checked all drivers are up to date and I can only
assume that it is a compatibility issue.

The chip is Bluetooth 5.0.
