Windows 10: I can't connect to my google account through steam overlay

Whatever I try to do, it simply won't let me connect into my google account through steam overlay when I'm in a game, telling me that the browser is insecure and represents a threat to my account.

I've tried to replace Steam's cookies and cache from my Chrome browser but it still wouldn't work.

When I accesed Facebook for instance, it actually told me to accept their cookies but it wouldn't tell or let me do anything on google sign-in page. Down below u have a ss describing the problem better

Radeon Overlay not displaying all options

Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?

 

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
